⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at Affordable Dentures & Implants in McKinney! Dr. Austin Hoang is incredibly skilled, professional, and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and truly cared about giving me the best possible outcome. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They treated me with kindness and respect, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for quality dental care with a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Austin Hoang and the staff at Affordable Dentures & Implants in McKinney. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Affordable Dentures in McKinney, Texas. Dr. Austin Hoang was incredibly patient, understanding, and caring with my 85-year-old mother. He took the time to truly listen to all of her concerns, answered every question, and made sure she received only the treatment she actually needed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about her well-being and was not interested in having her spend money unnecessarily. The entire staff was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the front office team and dental assistants were warm, kind, professional, and compassionate. They made my mother feel comfortable and respected throughout the entire process. Finding a dental office that combines excellent care with honesty and compassion can be difficult, but this team exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Dr. Austin Hoang to anyone looking for quality dental care. 10/10 experience!

The office opens at 8am. I booked an appointment for 8am. To me, this suggests that I have the first appointment of the day - which is what I needed to ensure I was able to get to work on time. I was in the parking lot by 7:50am to I would get in as soon as they opened the office, and I did. I had all the new patient paperwork filled out by 8:02 and took a seat and waited to be called back. Instead, what happened was another patient walked in, and was escorted back before me. I inquired whether there was more than one dentist working this morning and was told there was not. So either they double-booked the first appointment of the day or they simply overlooked that I had booked that appointment slot and gave it to this gentleman who appeared to be a returning patient. Now I understand on the one hand wanting to give great service to returning patients since they’re more likely to keep their business with you than new patients. However, this was a new patient consult. It likely (and I was hoping) would not have taken more than a few minutes. But even if it did, at the end of the day one of us had booked an 8am appointment and likely the other had booked 8:15. Either that or this off

I had a couple bad experiences with Affordable Dentures where I live so thought I would make the 5 hour round trip drive to McKinney based on the reviews. Best decision I could have made. Everyone I interacted with here was friendly, helpful and competent. No run around, no pushing product on you, no guesswork, no games. I was seen both times at or before my appointment time. They treat you with respect and patience. If you need dentures or replacements do yourself a favor and try this office out. It's a great feeling to be treated by people who care.
